What the discussion is about

This webinar explores Korea’s newly established SEP Working Group, led by the judiciary, and its efforts to develop SEP guidelines. It also addresses global issues such as injunctions and anti-suit injunctions, highlighting international developments and the need for greater cross-border cooperation. The discussion places these topics within broader trends in global patent enforcement and upcoming debates at the OxFirst Club 14th IP & Competition Forum on international litigation and coordination between courts.
